We like to know about your pet. What does he like? dislike? has he had recent injuries or illness? who has groomed him in the past ( We need to know if he is used to strangers, or just you. Has he been professionally handled?) Does he like other dogs (is he a socialite or likes to be alone) ? Is he easy to remove from the kennel ( he is kennel shy? never been in one a day in his life? used to be kenneled and taken out?  does he absolutely hate them or love it?) Does your pet have any warts? What do you like? ( you don't have to like what everyone likes, just what you like is important to us) What do you want your dog to look like?  Any specifications? Is there a special shampoo we need to use? Cologne okay? Is your dog neutured or spayed? (good to know, especially when clipping the sanitary area, also helps understand some of the dogs behaviours).
